shop batter, served with vodka spiked preserved plum tomatoes, sea salad
tartar and finished with lemony Yemeni relish.
Cold Plate
Billy Can Pickles ( v / ng ) with a fresh fenugreek and watercress salad, finished
with pomegranate and barberry beads with citrus dressing.Charred Aubergine
Zhuganoush ( v / ng ) Like baba ghanoush only better! Crispy Fried Lavash
Crackers ( v / ngc ) heaped with a delicious dukka of cumin, coriander seed and
sesame salt. Sesame ginger dressed salad ( v / ng ) With carrot, khol rabi and
wasabi cashews. Served with a smooth, tangy edamame, wasabi cashew yuzu
pesto. Dusted with a hibiscus, amchur and nori salt and wasabi cashews.

and cocoa genoise sponge, coated with chocolate glaze. Mini cinnamon sugar coated Churros
with a chocolate salt caramel dipping pot and vodka cherries. Sticky Ginger Nosey Parkin, hot
scrumptious and sticky with dates and zingy ginger, loaded with a moorish molasses and
muscovado sauce. Rosy poached rhubarb and syrup, with Mandarin sorbet and raspberry
truffles. Finished with Crème de Cacao Brandy Alexander milkshakes, raspberry sugar dust,
baby sorrel and minty shiso shoots
