TERRE A TAPAS TO SHARE (vc/ngc)

MEET THE FOCCA drop dead delicious hot falfaly socca chickpea frits crammed full of cumin,lemon, parsley and coriander and a little chilli. Served with moorish mouneh sumac pickles. Finished with tahini salt lemon dressing, smoked tomato pilpelchuma pesto.

POTATO VADA STUFFED WITH GINGER TURMERIC CURRY LEAF & CUMIN served with dark dhal and carrot top green chilli coriander almond pesto.

BETTER BATTER AND LEMONY YEMENI RELISH soft buttermilk soaked halloumi dipped in chip shop batter, served with vodka spiked preserved plum tomatoes, sea salad tartar finished with lemony Yemeni relish.

BEETROOT & WALNUT Kirsch baked crimson beetroot, walnut tarator and aged coconut labne. Served with winter savoury horseradish snow and a carraway rapeseed dill oil.

PICKLE & PUFF hibiscus, amchur and nori salt dusted puffed rice cracker with pickled ginger lotus and shisogazpacho hash. Served with a edamame and wasabi, yuzu cashew pesto.

MOORISH MOUNEH sumac pickles and burnt aubergine zhuganoosh.

CHOCOHOLIC SHARING PLATE (vc/ngc)
Chocolate hazelnut truffle cake and praline served with a whipped dark chocolate mousse and clementine sorbet. Mini cinnamon sugar coated churros with a chocolate salt caramel dipping pot and wild berries. Crème de Cacao Brandy Alexander milkshakes, chocolate fudge and salted caramel truffles....all finished with raspberry sugar dust, baby sorrel and minty shizo shoots.

vc: vegan salt caramel and shake. Chocolate fudge and salt caramel truffles
are replaced by vegan raspberry truffles and rum truffles.
ngc: churros are replaced orange almond polenta cake with pink pepper meringue.
